3. Donation Processing
All donations are final once payment is confirmed, except as described in our Refund Policy. We will make every effort to perform your Qurbani in accordance with Islamic requirements. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your specific request, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent arrangement of equal or greater value.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a donation. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is valid and that you have authorization to use the payment method provided. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on qurban.us, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of qurban.us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
qurban.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant donation.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
